DALLAS, July 19, 2007 - Provident Realty Advisors, Inc. announced that it has acquired 141 acres of lakeview property at Lake Texoma to develop a residential project named Texoma Bluffs. The property is located on the south side of Lake Texoma in Grayson County near the northwest corner of Hwy 377 and Liberty Road. Provident is beginning site work immediately on Phase I which will include 12 lots averaging 2-to-4 acres in size.

"The sweeping views of Lake Texoma offered by the lofty, 100-foot elevation combined with the wooded, resort-like setting offers some of the most beautiful homesites imaginable around the lake," said Leon Backes, president of Provident Realty.

With a monument main entrance on Liberty Road, Texoma Bluffs will also include a section devoted to 40-to-60 townhomes in addition to single family residences. With its proximity to North Texas centers of business, Texoma Bluffs is expected to appeal to buyers of both second homes as well as permanent residences.
