Friedrich Lofts

Friedrich Lofts is a 358-unit, four story wrap apartment community located in East San Antonio. The project is part of a City Initiated Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone, and is partnered with the San Antonio Housing Trust as a Public Facilities Corporation providing workforce housing for 50% of residents at 80% of AMI and below. Friedrich will offer studio, one, and two bedroom apartments and will include all the amenities of a Class A urban-infill product. The apartment is also adjacent to a historic preservation site for The Fredrich Building, a future office and retail renovation planned to revitalize the urban core.
