Goodland, formerly Prairie Ridge, is a master planned community located off HWY 287 in Midlothian, TX. Infrastructure and lot development in this multiphase community began in 2019, and lots will be sold to builders in 2020. Goodland now spans across over 5000 acres with plans for a new town center and the addition of Goodland Parkway, connecting HWY 287 to US 67. Goodland is also excited to partner with the Midlothian Independent School District in the opening of a new elementary school.
