Abby Court is a 210-unit, garden-style apartment community in Beaumont, TX. Over half of the 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units will be reserved for residents at High Home rents with the remaining units as market rate rentals. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, and grilling stations. Abby Court is partially funded by Hurricane Harvey Recovery Funds.
