Augusta Grove Logistics Park – Phase I

Located in Greenville, South Carolina, Augusta Grove Logistics Park, Phase I was developed as a Build-to-Suit facility for Haier, a GE Appliance company that produces home appliances. The 584,820 square foot cross dock facility offers easy access to the I-85 logistics corridor and I-185. The building was sold in August of 2024 to Haier and will serve as a hub for warehousing and distribution of products from Haier’s manufacturing sites in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, and Tennessee, as well as imported goods from the Port of Charleston.
