Extended Stay Portfolio

In September of 2018, Provident acquired sixteen Extended Stay America hotels across Texas and Oklahoma and became the second largest franchisee owner of the ESA brand. With the closing of this transaction, Provident committed to build an additional five hotels within the Extended Stay America brand. In 2019, Provident added to our hospitality portfolio by acquiring six Candlewood Suites and seven Woodsprings Suites.
