Prairie Ridge is a master planned community located off HWY 287 in Midlothian, TX. Infrastructure and lot development in this multiphase community began in 2019, and lots will be sold to builders in 2020. Prairie Ridge is also excited to partner with the Midlothian Independent School District in the opening of a new elementary school.
