The Brewery

The Brewery Building, an iconic staple of the Dallas Nightlife and location of The Starck Club in the 1980’s was acquired by Provident in 2013. Initial plans included a mixed-use development. However, in 2018, plans were modified to redevelop the space into an office / retail building. With renovations, the current Class B building will be transformed into a Class A property.  Currently, one tenant occupies the entire building and is set to open their doors to the public in 2021.
