The Grid

The Grid is a mixed-use development located in Stafford, TX, southwest of Houston. Once the home of the Texas Instruments Campus, The grid is quickly becoming a popular destination for residents of Fort Bend County housing Houston’s first In&Out Burger. This development encompasses retail, office, entertainment, multi-family, and hospitality product types. During construction of the site, Provident was able to save 197 existing trees and then planted 370 new trees.
