The Star

The Star is a mixed-use property located in Downtown Houston, TX. The former 1915 Texaco Headquarters building was renovated in 2017 and transformed into a 286-unit luxury apartment community with ground floor retail space. Provident focused on preserving the building’s most iconic features while also enhancing the resident experience by adding endless amenities, including an indoor dog run and pet park.
