Waterview Apartments is a 300-unit, 4-story with elevators apartment community in Anna, TX. All the 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units will be reserved for residents at affordable rates. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, dog park, grilling stations, picnic areas, and playgrounds. Auro Commons is a LIHTC project funded by TDHCA 4% tax credits and private activity bonds.
